Shipping and returns
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days after shipment.
Return requests for eligible items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Each request is reviewed; submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Approved standard returns are issued as VOÐE store credit only. Customers are responsible for standard return-shipping costs. If an item is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect, VOÐE will provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution at no cost. A refund to the original payment method will be provided when required by applicable law. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
